Mr. Michael Zhu, Chairman of the Asian Family Legacy Foundation, spoke at the China Family Enterprise and Investment Forum, held at the Park Hyatt Beijing from 26–27 November 2025. Convened under the theme “Navigating Uncertainty: Building Family Resilience Strategy,” the forum brought together influential family principals, next-generation leaders, and private investors to explore long-term stewardship, governance, and capital strategy amid China’s evolving economic landscape.

Across two days, participants engaged in deep-dive discussions on ESG integration, portfolio design, succession planning, and intergenerational trust, alongside curated peer exchanges and strategic dialogues. Michael’s participation reflected AFLF’s ongoing commitment to advancing thoughtful leadership, resilient governance models, and cross-generational collaboration within the family enterprise ecosystem.
