On 19 November 2025, AFLF co-hosted A New Era of Legacy & Purpose in Hong Kong alongside the Stewardship Asia Centre. This private dinner gathered 25 next-generation leaders from family enterprises across China, Singapore, and Europe for an evening of reflective dialogue on Steward Leadership—examining how families and organizations can flourish by aligning impact, innovation, and long-term value creation. The gathering celebrated a shared dedication to shaping legacy with purpose, reinforcing the role of values-driven leadership in navigating generational and organizational transitions.
